I never thought I’d be playing a remake of this classic PS1 title on a beautiful 75″ Sony LED in 4K ~ it doesn’t get better than this!
MediEvil stays true to the original right down to the odd camera angles and sometimes buggy gameplay. This isn’t a bad thing though. Those familiar with the original will also notice some very small changes with the addition of trees/plants and different placement of items, along with new background areas which was necessary for its widescreen presentation. I think Other Ocean did a brilliant job with this remake and I honestly can’t fault it.
So whether you’ve played as Sir Dan in the past or not, I highly recommend grabbing MediEvil on PS4 and playing it with friends & family. Pass the controller around and have a laugh as you battle your way through each level.
